Here's a bad habit: when I'm stressed I get angry.

Here's another: I tend to get angry at things that are not at the root of my stress, and furthermore I will spend most of my brain cycles obsessing about the distracting thing.

Here's a third: I procrastinate. Then I beat myself up over it. (That was the "profound" entry of the day, for insecure high-school values of profound.)
