Dr. Atkins hates me

The results of my grocery shopping today: 3 loaves of bread, 20lbs of potatoes, 2 bags of wheat noodles -- all white and refined except the potatoes, which were red (and refined?).

Oh. And a bag of chocolate chips.

No wonder my nickname is "Lardo."
